FITNESS CLASSES

  • TRAIN FULL SEND

    Train Full Send classes are our standard class that is 50% on the floor and 50% on the treadmill. We also have 4 double floor spots which do not use the treadmills.

    Monday - Arms, Glutes & Core

    Wednesday - Back, Legs & Chest

    Friday - Total Body

    Sunday - Total Body

  • CIRCUITS

    Our Circuits class has stations that you will rotate through during the class. We have both strength and cardio stations. These classes are Total Body.

    Tuesday - Cardio (3 cardio, 2 strength stations)

    Thursday - Strength (3 strength, 2 cardio stations)

    Saturday - Both
