What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel without penalty (loss of credit) up to 12 hours prior to the start of class. If you’re booked for a class on Tuesday at 8:30am, you can cancel up until Monday 8:30pm without incurring a penalty (loss of credit).

What is the booking window?
The booking window is a rolling 7 days. We do have advanced booking credits, and memberships, that offer a 14 day booking window.

I'm on the waitlist, should I come?
Because our classes are smaller we don’t give away spots, and do not recommend just showing up. With a heads up we can often add additional spots, but this requires you to contact us via email so the instructor can properly account for the additional spot.

I'm on the waitlist, how close to class can I be added off the waitlist?
If you’re on the waitlist you may be added into class up to two hours prior to the start of class. If you’re on the waitlist for a 5:45am or 6am class and go to sleep on the waitlist, it is up to you to wake up to check if you got into class. Please remove yourself from the waitlist so others can get into class if your plans changed and you do not plan on attending.

How old do you need to be to participate in class?
To take class, with a parent or guardian, clients need to be 15 years of age, and have their own Train Full Send account with a signed waiver. They also need a parent or guardian in class with them.

Can my credits/memberships be used at all Train Full Send locations?
Yes, all credits and memberships cans be used at both our Needham & Mashpee locations. The only exceptions are promo credits revolving around a particular studio.
