Small Group Training
Small Group Training is a strength based workout program. The program is done in 4 week increments, meeting 2x per week, either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday.
You’ll receive personal training attention while having the support of a group. We encourage signing up for the 4 week program, but we do allow drop-ins. For those doing the full 4 weeks you’ll receive a program to track your progress, as well as have the option to do an In-Body scan before and after the 4 weeks to see the amazing changes your body can make with hard work and teamwork.
MomCORE
MomCORE is a strength based small group training program tailored to moms! This 4 week program meets Tuesday/Thursday.
We encourage you to sign up for the full 4 weeks, but we do allow drop-ins. The program is a total body strength program that has additional focus on core strength. It’s a great way to build a bond with other strong, fit, and confident moms.
