Small Group Stength Training
Small Group Strength Training is a strength based workout session. You’ll receive personal training attention while having a support team. All movements can be progressed or regressed based on your current level of fitness and injury history.
SGST is extremely effective at building muscle, while also burning fat. Sessions build on the previous week and it is best to be consistent showing up week to week. We offer SGST packs as well as drop-ins.
